The shop may offer fine art prints, books, editions, archive objects, Afghan war rugs and other documentary or cultural objects.

• Fine art prints: Many prints are produced to order. Slight variations in color, paper texture, borders or finishing may occur due to the printing and production process.
• Books: Books are shipped as physical products and may show minor production or handling variations.
• Afghan war rugs and archive objects: Each piece is handmade and unique. Irregularities, variations in shape, weaving, color, fringe and signs of handling are part of the character of the object and are not considered defects.

International shipping is available worldwide. Orders are dispatched using reliable shipping or courier services whenever possible.

• Fine art prints and books are usually processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Estimated delivery for standard items is usually 1–2 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.
• Archive objects and Afghan war rugs may ship from Afghanistan or another source location. Delivery times can vary significantly and may take 2–8 weeks depending on logistics, customs and destination.
• Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
• Customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, brokerage fees or other local charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery delays caused by customs, postal disruptions, security situations or force majeure are outside the control of Laurin Strele Studio.

• Made-to-order fine art prints, personalized items and custom-produced works cannot usually be cancelled or returned once production has begun.
• Unique archive objects, vintage objects and handmade rugs are sold as individually documented pieces. Returns may be limited unless the item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the description.
• For eligible returns, the buyer must contact Laurin Strele Studio within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact Laurin Strele Studio within 7 days of delivery.
