Booking conditions

Price & payment

The standard workshop fee is €4,900 per person. Book by 21 May 2027 (inclusive, Europe/Vienna time) to receive a €600 early-booking bonus: €4,300 total. Pay a €1,000 deposit at booking. The remaining balance is €3,300 for early bookings or €3,900 at the standard fee, due 21 August 2027. For bookings on or after the balance deadline, the balance is due within 7 days. Your confirmation states the price and exact due date for your booking. Online bookings close on 7 November 2027, 14 days before departure.

The deposit forms part of the total fee. Pay it through the website’s checkout. The remaining balance is paid by bank transfer in EUR, using the details in your confirmation email; it is not charged automatically. Existing individual booking agreements remain unchanged.

Workshop

Photography with Laurin Strele. Hotels, all meals, guides and local transport are included. The workshop language is English.

Cancellation & transfers

Let us know in writing as soon as possible. A cancellation charge may reflect justified commitments already made for your booking, taking account of costs saved and any resale. Paying a deposit does not mean it is automatically forfeited.

A transfer of your booking credit to a future workshop can be arranged by agreement, subject to availability, price differences and any justified costs already incurred. Any mandatory rights to transfer a booking to another traveller remain unaffected.

If the workshop is cancelled

If we cancel the workshop, all workshop payments will be refunded, or you may choose to transfer them to a future workshop. For safety concerns or a deterioration in the security situation, we may cancel up to one month before departure.

This does not limit mandatory consumer or traveller rights, including rights arising from extraordinary circumstances closer to departure. A credit or transfer is voluntary, not a substitute imposed instead of a refund.

Travel information

Check passport and visa requirements, current official travel advice and insurance cover appropriate to the destination and activities. Ask us before making non-changeable travel arrangements.

The programme is an outline, not a fixed daily itinerary. Its sequence may change with local conditions and access. The final booking information will confirm the meeting point, arrival guidance and practical itinerary.

Your confirmation

Your confirmation email includes your workshop and dates, payment status, remaining balance and due date, bank details, booking conditions and contact person. A pending payment is not confirmation of a paid place. Orders with a different quantity, discount, currency or payment amount will be checked personally before the remaining balance is confirmed.
