Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All artworks and fine art prints are produced to order. Slight variations in color or paper texture may occur due to the artisanal printing process.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received and will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.
• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Ownership of the goods remains with Laurin Strele Photography until full payment is received.
• All works remain the intellectual property of Laurin Strele and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Right of Withdrawal

According to EU consumer law, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

Since all fine art prints are custom-produced upon purchase, returns or cancellations are not possible unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact info@laurinstrele.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging to arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping & Payment

International shipping is available worldwide. Orders are processed in Austria and dispatched with reliable international carriers. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
