€1,000 deposit per participant — not the full workshop fee. Early booking: €4,300 total for bookings through 21 May 2027, then €4,900. Save €600 until six months before departure. Remaining balance: €3,300 with early booking, or €3,900 at the standard fee, due 21 August 2027; for bookings on or after that date, within 7 days. No automatic balance charge.

Includes hotels, all meals, guides and local transport. Ask us about any service not expressly included before booking. Online booking closes on 7 November 2027.

The deposit is received by Laurin Strele and credited in full towards the total workshop fee. Mandatory consumer and traveller rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation and transfers

Please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Any cancellation charge must reflect justified costs, accounting for savings and resale; the deposit is not automatically forfeited. Transfer to a future workshop may be arranged by agreement, subject to availability, price differences and justified costs. If we cancel, workshop payments will be refunded, or you may voluntarily choose a transfer to a future workshop. For safety concerns or a deteriorating security situation, we may cancel up to one month before departure. Mandatory consumer and traveller rights, including rights arising from extraordinary circumstances closer to departure, remain unaffected. Existing individual booking agreements remain unchanged.
