€1,000 deposit per participant — not the full workshop fee. Early-booking total: €3,900 through 15 October 2026. Remaining balance: €2,900, due on 4 November 2026. No automatic balance charge. Standard workshop total from 16 October: €4,500. This deposit offer is for early bookings only; contact us for bookings after the offer closes.
Includes four-star hotel accommodation, air-conditioned local transport, driver and local guide fees, mineral water, buffet breakfast and evening coffee. Check the programme and contact us about any service not expressly included before booking.

Photographic leadership and payment recipient
Laurin Strele, working as Eyewitness Collective, leads the photographic programme and receives your €1,000 deposit. He forwards it to the local travel partner for accommodation, domestic transport and other agreed travel services, either directly or after temporarily holding it. The deposit is credited in full towards the total workshop price. Responsibility for his own services and all mandatory consumer and traveller rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation and transfers
Please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Any cancellation charge must reflect justified costs, accounting for savings and resale; the deposit is not automatically forfeited. Transfer to a future workshop may be arranged by agreement, subject to availability, price differences and justified costs. If we cancel, workshop payments will be refunded, or you may voluntarily choose a transfer to a future workshop. For safety concerns or a deteriorating security situation, we may cancel up to one month before departure. Mandatory consumer and traveller rights, including rights arising from extraordinary circumstances closer to departure, remain unaffected. Existing individual booking agreements remain unchanged.
